Efficient sorting of defective products and foreign materials derived from raw materials
Although quality checks are conducted every hour, changes in moisture content and other factors inevitably result in defective products with dough overlapping and sticking together, so we were considering installing a sorting machine to prevent these products from leaking out into the subsequent process.
Results of sorting tests indicate that defective products can be sorted out.
After comparing with other manufacturers, a sorting test was conducted at Satake's Sorting and Processing General Center. As a result, the company decided to introduce Beltuza Spectra because it was judged to be capable of efficiently sorting defective products.
Reduced outflow of defective products and stabilized quality
The number of defective products, such as overlapping dough, leaking to subsequent processes is steadily decreasing. Also, we have not received any inquiries about foreign material contamination so far.
