

Principles of optical sorting
Optical sorters are machines which remove foreign objects from material using high resolution cameras and compressed air. Our optical sorters can be classified into two types based on differences in sensor and feeding systems: chute type optical sorters and belt type optical sorters.

Principles of surface polishing
Our surface polishers were developed based on our rice milling technology. They polish and remove stains, seals, and paint from resin recovered from household appliances, car bumpers, and office equipment. Installing a surface processor makes it easy to reuse plastics and reduce costs. Surface polishers can be classified into two types: dry and wet.
